Price and conditions, backed by real market data and by what the checks revealed.
Up to the keys
I coordinate lawyer, bank and notary, and stay with you until signing day.
Why only the buyer?
A selling agent is paid by the seller. I take no commission from sellers or agencies, so my only interest is yours.
